Science Explorations

Space Exploration Program is a district-wide organization where student have the opportunity to explore topics that are current and relevant to astronomy and our community. As a participant in the program you will have the opportunity to work with students from Maine East and Maine West as well as your peers here at South.

For more information about this program please contact Mrs. Statema (sstatema@maine207.org).

The Space Exploration Program meets on Mondays from 3:30 to either 4:30 or 5:30 (depending on where we meet). This year we are planning to do a field trip where local elementary students can come and learn about various astronomy topics through activities, games, lessons and presentations.
